Fox Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated private practice delivering geriatric home-based physical therapy across New England. Therapists provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, focusing on functional outcomes and minimizing ageism through autonomous, evidence-based interventions.

We offer full-time/part-time salaried positions with benefits, plus a robust mentorship and professional development program to support new grads and experienced therapists alike.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team to focus on functional outcomes.
• Create and adjust treatment schedules to fit patient needs.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing education.
