Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our California facility. This full-time role offers a salary of $45,000 to $48,000 per year, depending on experience, with a standard 35-hour work week.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, a current state license, and 1–2 years of clinical experience. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and exceptional communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans through various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices in physical therapy.
