Job Overview

Physical Therapist – Mobile Outpatient with Flexible Schedule. This is outpatient PT services delivered to patients in their homes, primarily in the Detroit, MI area (and nearby locations). This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance, with the ability to choose when you see patients during any hours/days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes (not traditional home health).
• Utilize Luna’s platform for documentation, safety, scheduling, and billing processes.
• Deliver high-quality care aimed at reducing burnout and supporting patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care with the Luna team and ensure smooth patient experiences, including safety and logistics related to home visits.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to state regulations for physical therapy practice.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $65.00/hr - $72.00/hr
