PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists in Des Plaines, IL to expand access to transformative care, advance professional growth, and serve patients and communities.

You will conduct evaluations and treatments for orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions, design evidence-based plans, and manage documentation in the EMR. We offer onboarding, mentorship, residency-style pathways, in-house continuing education, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
