Drayer Physical Therapy Institute LLC, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care in Pennsylvania. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive pay and strong mentorship to help you grow.

You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, deliver outcomes-focused therapy, collaborate with a supportive team, and engage in Upstream’s continuing education programs. New grads are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic care and evidence-based practice.
