Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and establishes individualized treatment plans.
• Supervises PTAs/technicians and provides supervisory visits as allowed by state regulations.
• Maintains departmental productivity and budgetary alignment.
• Coordinates patient treatment schedules with PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs and rehab staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
