Team Rehab in Chicago seeks a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics. We offer a collaborative, non-corporate environment where teamwork and patient-centered care come first.

As a licensed PT with a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy, you’ll build a caseload you’re passionate about, mentor staff, and enjoy a monthly bonus potential along with a 401(k) match and equity opportunities.

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
