Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, including OrthoSportsMED in Needham, MA, seeks a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in a dynamic private-practice setting.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, teamwork, and professional development, with access to ongoing CEUs, a mentorship program, and a comprehensive benefits package. Massachusetts licensure or eligibility required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless, team-based patient care.
• Guide patients through fitness and wellness programs for long-term recovery.
• Document patient progress using Clinicient and maintain accurate records.
