Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Georgia clinics. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and track progress to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent health care for patients and ensure positive outcomes.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and develop plans of care to restore mobility.
• Create measurable goals and adjust plans as patients progress.
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and prevention strategies.
• Supervise technicians during patient care setup and cleanup.
• Use evidence-based pain management to improve function.
• Determine discharge timelines and communicate long‑term success plans.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
• Maintain productivity targets and participate in clinical research and protocol development.
• Stay current on best practices via in-house CEUs and continuing education.
