Qualifications

• State license to practice physical therapy in New York.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Licensure eligibility for professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress.
• Execute treatments as prescribed and document outcomes.
• Provide Home Exercise Programs and patient education.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care and customer service.
