Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our collaborative clinics. You will assess patients, develop and initiate treatment plans, review referrals, provide direct care, document progress, and coordinate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR system, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients/caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals, and create a comprehensive program.
• Implement treatment program and provide essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation (daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries).
