Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and treatment-planning skills.
• Proficient documentation and EMR usage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver PT services using therapies and modalities.
• Document progress and maintain medical records
• Educate patients and families on home programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Assess progress and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety
