About the Role

As a full‑time Physical Therapist at CSMO, you’ll play a key role in helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. You’ll deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide effective, compassionate, and patient‑centered care
• Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
