We have an excellent Full-Time opportunity for a dynamic Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to care for our residents in the comfort of their own homes. Must be licensed in the State of Missouri as a physical therapist, have excellent communication and computer skills as well as reliable transportation.

High, flexible, salary and Sign-On Bonus available!

You will:

• Assess the patient’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
• Provide advice and support for family members
• Assess the home environments of the patient
• Educate and instruct on assistive devices and equipment
• Provide home exercise program
• Assist patients’ exercise for pain relief
• Review the patient’s progress and adapting the treatment accordingly
• Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and making telephone calls
