Job summary

Agile Physical Therapy Inc in San Francisco is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead and mentor a team of physical therapists, shaping the clinic culture and driving clinical initiatives. You will support clinical excellence and maintain an active clinical role in a high-quality, out-of-network orthopedic practice.

The role offers leadership growth, dedicated administrative time, and a focus on patient-centered care with 60-minute one-on-one appointments.

Qualifications

• Active California physical therapy license
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of orthopedic experience preferred
• Experience in leadership, mentorship, and/or quality improvement initiatives preferred
• Advanced certification or training (OCS, FAAOMPT, SCS, etc.)
• Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Collaborative, humble, resourceful, problem solver and growth-oriented

As a clinical manager, you’ll lead and mentor a team of physical therapists, help shape the culture of your clinic, lead clinical initiatives, and support clinical excellence.
