Must hold active LA PT license. Two years of LTAC/rehab experience is preferred, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana State Physical Therapist license and renewal active.
• Two years PT experience in LTAC or rehab preferred.
• Proficient English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, organize and administer physical therapy services per standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records management.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to meet professional practice guidelines.
