Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You will document goals and progress, ensure medical necessity, and comply with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations while leading a team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
