Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist License Applicant (PTLA) to provide quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility in California.
Under the direction of a Licensed Physical Therapist, the PTLA will evaluate and treat patients, communicate with families and physicians, and maintain documentation in medical records. The role includes treatment planning, discharge planning, testing physical abilities, and collaboration with the rehab team.
