Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for our Long Island clinics in Franklin Square, Island Park and New Hyde Park, NY. Candidate must graduate from an accredited PT program and hold an active or pending PT license.

Base salary is $90,000–$105,000 annually, with a biweekly clinician bonus plan and potential sign-on options. Benefits start the first month: medical, dental, vision, commuter benefits, disability coverage, EAP, 401(k) with company match, up to 20 PTO days, CEU

Base Compensation Range: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation: Biweekly clinician bonus plan + lifetime uncapped student loan repayment, or a competitive sign-on bonus to kick off your new role!
