Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• PT License in State of practice required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and provides treatment to meet patient rehabilitation goals.
• Develops and implements the physical therapy plan and plan of care.
• Mentors PTAs, students, and volunteers while addressing patients' physical, emotional, and sociopsychological needs.
