The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, formulate individualized treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure the highest standards of care and patient outcomes.

You will document progress, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with state Practice Acts and Medicare regulations, and maintain accurate records while staying active on shift.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
