Job Juncture seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You will maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations while collaborating with the care team. The role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program, current state licensure, and CPR certification, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active through shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay active (standing/walking) throughout shift.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
