KORT - Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team in Lexington is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. A flexible opportunity allows focus across orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, and pelvic health to build a personalized career path.

Compensation starts at $72,000 to $95,000 plus potential sign-on bonuses and debt relief. Join a supportive, growth-oriented team with Monday–Friday schedule, 101 North Eagle Creek Dr location, and a broad scope of specialty training and internal movement

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient rotation if current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a licensed clinician.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Outpatient clinical rotation if current student
