EnduraCare AcuteCare, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for hospital and acute care settings in Mobile, Alabama. This full-time role emphasizes collaborative care, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, coordinate with the care team, and maintain compliant documentation to support quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
