Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehab Clinic in Michigan. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with state licensure and PT scope of practice.

• Bachelor's degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• State of Michigan Physical Therapy License

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs for physical therapy and plan and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, including written instructions as necessary.
• Maintain effective collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and contributions.
• Be a part of a great team delivering high-quality care in outpatient rehab.

As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic, you will be a critical part of making a difference in the lives of our patients. We are partnered with Mary Free Bed, so rest assured we provide the best to our employees so they can give the best to our patients.

In this role, you will assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planningand executingindividual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice

Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will provide education and support to both patients and their familyincluding written instructions as necessary.

You will be part of a great team! You will maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions.
