Job summary

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans, educate patients and families on continued care, and support mobility and functional goals across our nationwide network of rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or equivalent
• Current license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
