Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for inpatient rehab services. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, with a servant-leader approach and strong collaboration with medical teams to improve patient outcomes.

The candidate should have an PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate) from an accredited program, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. A supportive environment with ongoing training is offered.

Qualifications

• Inpatient Rehab focus with 1:1 patient care is preferred.
• PT degree from an accredited program required.
• Strong communication and liaison skills with clinical and non-clinical staff.

• Passion for Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
• Experience with Neuro diagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred

• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
