Experience working in a flat organization with no more than two people in between you and the CEO at any time, quick decisions, and the ability to make an impact without corporate approval. Work with patients in a quaint community from cradle to grave and get to know them as more than just a number!

Job Summary

Evaluate and treat patients under orders from the referring physician. Evaluation and treatment programs are developed through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and modalities designed to restore loss of muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and body alignment, to control pain and to improve movement and function. Must function in accordance with their State Practice Act.

Requirements

Licensing Requirements

• Current CA Physical Therapist License
• Current AHA BLS certificate

Work Experience

• 1 year experience – preferred
• Will consider new graduate.

Language

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred
