Health Advocates Network, Inc. in Soledad, CA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our correctional healthcare team. The role offers a pay rate of $65.70 per hour as a W2 employee, with a 10-month assignment and Mon-Wed 7am-3:30pm schedule.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• CA license in good standing as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• PSV from licensing board or verification agency if required.
• Current BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records or client-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate care.
