Qualifications

• Master degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Current valid state PT licensure required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 0–1 year of PT experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and rehab needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
