Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients within the facility.
• Train patients and caregivers on exercises and care plans to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with licensure requirements.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

5+ years of progressive PT experience

PT license in state(s) of practice
