Athletico is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, design, and implement a patient’s plan of care to increase, maintain or restore function. The role emphasizes quality care and patient outcomes across 900+ locations since 1991.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescriptions, perform an initial evaluation, and establish a plan of care with functional/work goals.
• Progress the treatment toward defined goals and adjust as needed.
• Provide timely discharge management and patient follow-up.
• Supervise rehabilitation aides and PTAs per state practice act.
• Document all treatment and communications (SOAP notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, etc.).
• Develop professional relationships with referral sources (physicians, PAs, ARNPs, etc.).
