Powerback Rehab, in partnership with Genesis Healthcare, offers a full-time Physical Therapist position at Silver City Care Center in Silver City, New Mexico. This role focuses on assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering high-quality physical therapy to residents.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or eligible.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's in PT related field with Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's plus 5 years PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide patient-centered care and promote independence.
• Collaborate with team and refer to others to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote home exercise and functional recovery.
