Nash UNC Health Care in Nash County is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Therapy Services team. The PT will implement medically prescribed programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach maximum performance, within an onsite hospital setting.

Responsibilities include administering diagnostic tests, educating students and staff, evaluating care plans, applying advanced techniques, and contributing to quality improvements.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Successful completion of supervised clinical internship.
• New Graduate or up to 3 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Administers diagnostic tests and evaluations for mobility disorders and related impairments.
• Educates and mentors PT students/clinical fellows; contributes to program development.
• Evaluates care plans; modifies treatment to achieve patient goals and ensures continuity of care.
• Applies current techniques to provide rehabilitative services and maintain mobility-related functions.
• Participates in outreach and community health initiatives and collaborates with government health departments.
• Attends departmental meetings and contributes to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains accurate records of procedures and progresses; supports quality improvement efforts.
