UCHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an onsite PRN role in Englewood, Colorado. The position requires a current state license and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a preferred Master’s or Doctorate.

The job offers a structured career ladder and a pay range of $41.43 to $62.15 per hour, depending on experience. The role involves evaluating and treating patient populations, developing and implementing plans of care, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; Master's/Doctorate preferred
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required
• BLS/CPR certification required before start date

Responsabilités

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Establishes a plan of care aligned to patient needs and involves patient/family.
• Educates patient and family about deficits and adaptive equipment; assists with discharge planning.
• Supervises support personnel per licensing laws and standards.
• Maintains critical thinking and works well in a fast-paced environment.
