UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and perform therapies to alleviate physical dysfunction across patient populations, including pediatric to geriatric. This exempt, full‑time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with one full weekend per month and a standard 40‑hour work week.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, MA license within 6 months, and NPTE completion, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.
Exemption Status: Exempt
Hiring Range: $71,780.80 - $129,230.40
Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, Weekends - One Full Weekend a Month

Evaluates, plans and performs treatments to alleviate physical dysfunction using manual, functional and physical agent modality techniques. Participates in departmental activities to assure smooth operations and facilitate program enhancement.

Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.
Work is considered medium. Position requires work indoors in a normal patient care environment.
