Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide compassionate care for a diverse patient population in an on-site setting.

The role emphasizes autonomy and accountability, performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and adapting care to age-specific needs while supporting department growth. CPR certification is required at hire, or to be completed upon hire, and candidates must meet Level I career ladder requirements.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification is required but can be complete upon hire.
• Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a complex patient population across appropriate age groups.
• Demonstrate skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
