Duly Health and Care in Lombard, IL seeks an outpatient Physical Therapist I to join a collaborative team. Schedule is Monday–Friday with two evenings until 7:00 PM; base salary ranges from $77,000 to $110,000 plus potential signing bonus and education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license.
