• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals, exercises, equipment, and ongoing care.
• Monitor patient progress and prepare required clinical and progress documentation.

• Supervise and provide direction to Physical Therapy Assistants, Aides, and/or Technicians.
• Assist with the use, maintenance, and availability of therapy equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate and communicate with other healthcare team members.

Provides physical therapy services to patients by developing and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve mobility, function, and independence. Provides education to patients and caregivers and supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, Aides, and/or Technicians as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
