Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for a hospital-based outpatient orthopedics clinic in Texas. You will work 1:1 with patients, supported by a PTA, in a busy, sports-involved adult/geriatric population.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, ongoing mentorship, and a ramp-up plan to reach a full caseload. On-board with a 1-month onboarding and stepwise mentorship to ensure clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Texas PT License or the ability to obtain one.
• Outpatient Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Will consider recent DPT graduates.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Full-time permanent Outpatient Ortho position seeing both Nonsurgical and Post-surgical cases with 1:1 patient care.
• Collaborate with PTA and care team to ensure evidence-based care and patient progress.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Outpatient Ortho position seeing both Nonsurgical and Post-surgical Orthopedics. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients while being supported by a PTA. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Outpatient experience.
