Job summary

RehabVisions, Inc. in Dalhart, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in a hospital-based setting. The position can be PRN, part-time, or full-time to meet staffing needs, with a focus on diverse patient populations including pediatrics.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage ($40–$53) with a $12,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 monthly housing stipend for six months. Eligible full-time therapists also receive comprehensive benefits and mentorship from experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market, and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• Present in-services to staff therapists
• Assist in department operations
