Qualifikationen

• Current PT license in the state of employment.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Experience in home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Must be able to travel to patients’ homes and communities.

• Assess, treat, and document patient progress and outcomes.
