Ardencares is seeking a compassionate Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health services in the Brookhaven and Natchez areas under physician orders. You will deliver therapy in patients’ homes, improving mobility and quality of life in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Reporting to the Executive/Regional Director, you will implement and adjust treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with caregivers and healthcare teams to meet patient goals.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilledRegistered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Home Health Branch. This position involves providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes, in accordance with physician orders.

This role is performed under the direction and supervision of the Executive/Regional Director and plays a vital part in improving patient's quality of life and functional mobility.

This position will provide services in our Brookhaven and Natchez service areas, including surrounding and outlying communities.
