Job summary

Therapy Partner Solutions in Decatur, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health, PRN at per-visit rates of $60 to $120. You will join a therapist-owned organization focused on growth, mentorship, and collaborative patient-centered care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team including nurses and physicians, with limited drive time, defined territories, and clinical leadership to support your day-to-day practice. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Active or pending state occupational therapy license.
• Comfort working independently in the home setting.
