Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct PT treatment programs based on referrals and evaluations.
