Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health contract in Rolla, Missouri. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes and conducting skilled nursing visits.

You will create and manage individualized care plans and collaborate with families and the care team to improve patient outcomes. The 13-week assignment runs 07:00–15:00, with local and traveler options; travel reimbursement is available.
