Job summary

Synaptic Rehab is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to provide in-home therapy across New Jersey. You will assess patients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and track recovery progress while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

You will educate families about home exercise programs, collaborate with the care team, and enjoy a high degree of professional autonomy with flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current NJ licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a physical therapist.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach required.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver in-home therapy sessions.

Responsibilities
