Job summary

MSA Home Health and Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide in-home PT services across Bluefield, Tazewell, and Richlands, VA. You will follow care plans, work with families and physicians, and document progress to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• At least 1 year of physical therapy experience; home health preferred.
