Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required outside Manhattan borough.

What You Will Do

• Practice independently within the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine needs and develop treatment plans and expected outcomes
• Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes or care facilities
• Continuously evaluate patient needs and adjust plans of care accordingly

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probation as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
• License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• Valid driver's license required outside Manhattan borough

Pay Range per Visit

• For areas outside Bronx: $70-$75 per visit
• For Bronx: $90-$95 per visit

Pay Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $127,500.00 /Yr.
