Pro Active Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Colorado is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services, evaluate patients, and create personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

You will work within a collaborative team, maintain detailed progress notes, and stay current with PT best practices. Salary ranges reflect base pay plus productivity incentives with strong earning potential in a growth-focused clinic.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy and integrate them into practice.
• Meet Plan of Care needs and follow up with patients as needed.
• Be a team player to utilize nonclinical staff to support caseloads.
• Delegate and use a PTA when applicable.
